In all of my 38 years on this Earth, I found that Expedia is the worst agency to do business with! It's unbelievable the extreme unprofessionalism! I attempted to change my flight and hotel dates departing from Nassau (BAH), arriving Toronto (CAD) after calling, and being disconnected a total of eleven (11) times, over a two day span! I was placed on hold for over an hour at a time, while various representatives attempted to transfer me to a supervisor to assist me further, as they claimed for some reason that they didn't have the "Access" to make final changes themselves. How ridiculous right?!!

Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. We booked a flight from London to Jeddah for 4 passengers which cost us £3180. We got to the airport 3 hrs prior to our flight, we were denied checking in as Alitalia airline agents said we need to have a transit visa to stop in Milan and Rome before getting to our Final destination which is Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We phoned Expedia customer service team and was transferred from one department to another accumulating to around 3 hrs of phone conversations with their shift manager called Anthony and one other called Ejaz.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I AM NEVER USING EXPEDIA AGAIN.
My husband was traveling for work in the Los Angeles as he is a singer and I had booked him a package on Expedia that included the car hotel and round trip ticket which cost me approximately $1200. Due to severe weather American airlines cancelled the flight, AND EXPEDIA REFUSED TO HELP ME OR REFUND ME. I explained to them that going there the next day would not help because my husband was performing on the 14th and this was a business trip and that he would now lose out on his money for the ticet and performance that was being paid by the restaurant. They would not help me so I went to book AIR canada Flight to arrive in LA for 8:42 which cost me approximately $500. I also paid $25 for baggage online which he did not end up using as he planned to take Uber right away to the restaurant where he is performing and avoid delays so he only took a carry on.
The flight that was supposed to leave at 6:35 ended up leaving at 9:01 PM which means that he will not make it now to the show because he will not land until 10:30 and take another 45 minutes to get to the restaurant. His show is now cancelled and the restaurant had to call in another singer to fill his spot. Therefore, this trip ended up costing me $1,700 which we will not get back since he lost his show and on top of it the $1000 he was going to get paid for performing, he will not receive. This has been the worst experience ever and cost us a fortune. We are so upset never in my life am I using this crappy website called expedia!!!!! I am going to post this on my social media so everyone can hear about our horrible experience

Horrible user experience with Expedia! Never put your credit card details to see final price! It confirms flight booking without having the user clicking on the purchase button! Customer support says that they can’t do anything about it!!

I called Expedia to confirm if I could use an electronic travel voucher, from one of the airlines for a future all inclusive holiday. I was told I could use any travel voucher given from any airlines for any trips booked thru Expedia.ca. I booked with Expedia and called back to apply the voucher, for my 1,0000.00 credit and now they tell me that I can’t use the voucher, all this after they billed my credit card is 15 seconds while I was on the website booking it. I asked if I could cancel the whole thing and there is a full 100% penalty for cancelled holidays within 21 days of departure. We booked to fly out in 10 days
